Former Louisiana State University football coach Les Miles has sold his home in Baton Rouge and transitioned to a smaller home in the city.
Miles’ home in Bocage Lakes sold for $1.45 million, according to the Advocate. The 5,600 square foot “comfortably elegant home” features six bedrooms, six and a half baths, a chef’s kitchen and fireplace, just to name a few highlights.
The Miles family bought the home in 2005 for $1.1 million, so a small profit was made with the sale. The master suite features a spa-like bath and private workout room, and upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a private bath. A screened-in porch overlooks the pool and spa.
The home is located next to popular Towne Center and was represented by Quita Cutrer.
Miles purchased a new 4,375 square foot home in November for $1.3 million.
