How To Remove Dog Odor From Your Home

There’s no denying, we love our dogs. They’re a part of the family! However, dog odor in your home can be a real problem. Here are tips to remove the stench that these messy, lovable family members will inevitably produce.

Vacuum dog beds once a week.

It’s not secret that (most) dogs shed. Vacuuming their beds once a week is a good habit to start, as it will keep a lot of their mess at bay.

Wash dog beds every other week.

Most dog beds are washable, but before you purchase, make sure the cleaning process won’t be a hassle.

Vacuum floors twice a week.

Of course, this is a good practice even if you don’t have pets. However, it is even more important if you have a dog (or cat) running in and out of your home constantly.

Sprinkle baking soda onto your floors and let it soak in overnight.

Don’t worry, this is safe for your fur babies!

Clean hard floors with a strong solution.

Vacuuming is important, but don’t forget about your floors!

Purchase an air purifier.

An air purifier is a great addition to any home, especially if anyone suffers from allergies.

Happy cleaning!
